Filling out the Orderform : To order an item, type in only the ' Order # followed by the column code, eg. "Mint" on the Order Form (further below). Please also enter the 'quantity', plus the ' item price in US Dollar / SA Rand as applicable'. Required Fields have an asterisk * The Order Form Format Looks Like This :
Ordering by e-mail and fax also accepted. Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Minimum Order Amount : Due to the amount of administration involved with each order, there is a minimum order amount of US$ 20 plus postage. Prices are based on a minimum exchange rate of 1 U.S. Dollar = 7 SA Rand.

Should you not feel comfortable to fill in your Card Details, and send to us via the Internet, please phone (+ 264 64 405560) or Fax (+ 264 64 405162) us your details. Postage : We normally send per registered airmail, but with bulky packages we will use our discretion to rather send by Surface mail. (In general, the postage cost from Southern Africa is much less when compared to Overseas countries) Average Postage Cost : Registered Airmail to Europe
* Rates to Asia, the Americas, and Oceania are more expensive. * Should you prefer the ordered items to be send by Courier, please enter 'Courier' below the last item filled in, eg. in the Item No.12 Column Block. Should you want insurance on the Goods send by Courier, please enter 'Insure' in the Item Block next to Courier. Insurance can be provided for packages with a value of up to US$ 2 000.
